Connection support
Use your usual Trunkstar support channel or email info@trunkstar.com. Include your portal hostname, the action ID when available, and what you expected to happen. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or private connection URLs.
Connect your portal
Select Trunkstar in your client’s directory, then sign in with the exact hostname and account you normally use. Enable changes during consent if you want to prepare and execute actions.
For clients that accept a remote MCP URL, use https://mcp.staging.eu1.trunkstar.com/mcp. The connection supports OAuth discovery and dynamic client registration.
Review an action
Open its approval link, check the affected records, proposed values, totals, recipients, and effects, then confirm or cancel. Approval expires after 15 minutes. A chat reply alone does not execute a change.
Uncertain results
If a request loses its response, it may still have reached Trunkstar. Check the action status and the affected business records before preparing a recovery action. A batch stops on its first failed or uncertain action; earlier successful actions remain applied.
